We will be holding our End-of-Season Banquet on July 27, and your family and friends are welcome to join the celebration! 🎉
It’s an exciting time for the team as we recognize and celebrate all of our swimmers’ accomplishments this season. To make this event a success, we are asking families to donate drinks, side dishes, and desserts. The team will be providing burgers and hot dogs.

Please be mindful when donating—we typically have 150 to 200 people attend our events. If each family invites 5 friends and you’re already bringing 5, consider donating enough to help serve around 15 people. Using this approach will help ensure we don’t run out of food.

This is a fun event where families bring breakfast for the kids during morning practice. We encourage families to bring healthy breakfast items as much as possible. While sweets are welcome, our goal is to provide nutritious options to help our swimmers perform their best at the Divisional meet the next day.

📣 Concession Stand Donations Needed! 🏊♂️🍎🌭

Ben Lomond Swim Team is asking for donations to help stock our concession stand for the upcoming meet. These donations help us raise funds to support our swimmers and keep things running smoothly on meet day!

We’re asking families to contribute drinks, snacks, baked goods, or other concession-style items.

🕒 We need all items dropped off by Friday during setup or no later than 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

🥶 If your item is perishable, please bring it the morning of the meet.

📦 If you’re able to bring items earlier in the week, we are happy to accept them during practice.

⚠️ Important: We do not have any kind of refrigerator at the park, so please plan your donations accordingly.
