Fall Clinic 2026 - Ben Lomond Swim Team

Our Developmental Clinic Program focuses on helping swimmers improve balance, technique, and confidence in the water through specialized drills. This program is open to swimmers ages 3-18 and is designed as a supplement to summer league swimming.

Swimmers will receive instruction in:

• All four competitive strokes
• Racing starts and turns
• Sprint training and skill development

Please note: This is not a learn-to-swim program.

• 12:30-1:15 PM – Ducklings
• 12:30-1:30 PM – Groups 1 & 2
• 1:30-2:30 PM – Groups 3, 4 & 5

Dates: October 4, 11, 25 • November 1, 8, 15 
NO CLINICS OCTOBER 18 - BLST FRIENDSGIVING EVENT! We hope to see you there!

Program Cost
 $90 per swimmer for the full session

• No make-ups for missed practices.
• If the team cancels a practice, we’ll do our best to provide a make-up (time/day may differ).

Required Equipment
Goggles • Swim Cap • Towel

Important Notes

• New swimmers under age 8 must be evaluated by a Coach before practice.
• Returning families: log into your account and register your swimmer by age group.
• New families: register as a new member.
• Please allow up to 7 days for registration approval.
