Welcome to Ben Lomond Swim Team 2026 Season Registration! Home of the Flying Ducks!

We are thrilled to welcome both new and returning members to our team and can’t wait to dive into another exciting swim season!

Registration & Fees

 Our electronic registration is now open, offering a convenient way to sign up, manage your private account, register for swim meets and jobs, track swim times, update personal details, and stay informed about team events.

This year, we have a group-level structure for all swimmers. The regular registration fee is as follows:

Ducklings: $225

Groups 1-6: $200

Late Registration (After June 7): $225

Registration closes on June 24, 2025 – no registrations will be accepted after this date.

The registration fee covers:

✔ PWSL and PWC-DPRT fees

✔ Team insurance

✔ Latex swim cap

✔ Team t-shirt

✔ End-of-season banquet

Please Note:

Swimsuits are not included this season. If you are new to the team, you can purchase suits from our SwimOutlet store, which is linked on our website.

When selecting a swimsuit, ensure the correct size. A suit that is too large can slow down swimmers due to increased resistance in the water.

For those registering after June 7, 2025, team t-shirts will not be available until the end of July.

Payment Options

💳 Online payments are available, but an administration fee applies.

💵 In-person payments (cash, check, or credit card) can be made during the first week of practice. Please DO NOT mail payments.

💰 Credit card payments will incur a surcharge of approximately $8.50 - $10 per swimmer.

💰 Returned checks will have a $55 fee.

💰 Early cancellations are subject to a minimum charge to cover non-refundable membership and insurance fees. Any used team equipment will also be deducted from refunds.

If the season or any part of it is canceled by the Ben Lomond Swim Team, members will receive a prorated refund, minus mandatory fees.

Practice & Meet Schedule

🏊 Practices are held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Additional morning practices on Tuesdays and Fridays will begin after the school year ends when the full pool opens.

🏅 Swimmers will compete in six regular-season meets and a Divisional meet, held on Saturday mornings in June and July.

We are proud to be an independent team, unaffiliated with any specific community, and we invite swimmers from Manassas City, Manassas Park, and all surrounding areas to join. As a nonprofit club, we thrive with the involvement of our volunteer Board of Directors and encourage family participation to help make our team a success.
