We have another exciting week ahead as we wrap up our regular season! Please review the updates below.
Spirit Night – TONIGHT!
Join us tonight from 5:00–9:00 PM at Five Guys (Sudley Rd) and help support the team!
Please remember to mention the Flying Ducks fundraiser when placing your order so your purchase counts toward the team.
Saturday Away Meet – Dale City Frogs
This Saturday is our final regular season meet before Divisionals!
Please remember to:
• Commit or decline your swimmer.
• Sign up to volunteer.

Morning Practice
Tuesdays & Fridays: 9:30–10:30 AM
Groups 2–6 and Group 1 unassisted swimmers.
New Raffle!
Our Camping Chair/Couch raffle is underway!
Tickets are $1 each and can be purchased at concessions. Drawing date will be announced soon.
Fluffy Ducks Still Available
We still have a few Fluffy Ducks available!

Team Picture Day – TOMORROW (Thursday, July 16)
There will be no practice tomorrow evening.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes early so we can hand out team shirts, organize swimmers, and begin pictures promptly at 6:30 PM.
Swimmers should:
• Wear their team suit.
• Be ready to put their team shirt on over it.
• Bring water and anything needed to stay cool.
A preorder photo link will be sent to families soon.
Fundraiser Delivery – TOMORROW
Please bring coolers to pick up your fundraiser items.
Duck Derby at the Banquet
Adopt a numbered rubber duck and watch it race during the banquet!
Ducks are:
• $5 each
• 5 for $20
Forms will be available soon.

¡Se acerca el cierre de nuestra temporada regular! Aquí algunos recordatorios importantes:
- Confirmen o rechacen la asistencia de su nadador.
- Inscríbanse como voluntarios.
- Después de la competencia nos reuniremos para comer en Tropical Smoothie Café (12697 Galveston Ct.).
- No habrá práctica.
- Lleguen 15–20 minutos antes de las 6:30 PM.
- Los nadadores deben venir con su traje de baño del equipo y traer agua.
- Entrega del fundraiser: ¡No olviden traer hieleras!
- Miércoles: Pie the Coach, Drag Night y Parent Swim.
- Viernes: Desayuno anual de entrenadores y nadadores.
- Sábado: Divisionals en Urbana Pool (se requiere haber participado en al menos 2 competencias).
- Domingo: Banquete y ceremonia de fin de temporada en SplashDown. Necesitamos Comida y voluntarios!
