• Next Saturday’s meet is against Urbanna Otters. Don’t forget to commit or decline on the website. We still need volunteers!
• Team lunch at Vinny’s after the meet! We get 20% off, and it’s a great way to support a local business! Just mention Ben Lomond Swim Team when ordering.
  

Bathroom Reminder:
We need to be out of the park by 8:40pm (evenings) and 10:40am (mornings). Please help us clear out of the park quickly

Upcoming Events:

• July 14: Morning practice only, 9:30 - 11:30am.
  No evening practice, instead, come join us for Skate Night at Skate N Fun Zone, 6-9pm.
  $10 covers admission, skates, pizza, a drink, and 4 tokens. Invite friends and family, our team earns 50% of the profits!
• July 17: Team Picture Day!
  Team shirts should be in by then, plan to wear them along with your team suit for photos. We’ll send out a link with pricing and ordering info soon.
  Reminder for parents: it will be a long, hot evening. Please plan to help keep the kids organized, entertained, and calm while we wait.
  

Breaststroke Clinic:
We’ll be holding a clinic during 2nd hour for some of our swimmers. Coaches will reach out if they’d like your swimmer to stay, or if your swimmer wants extra help, just let their coach know ahead of time.

Será una tarde larga y calurosa. Ayúdennos a mantener a los niños organizados, entretenidos y tranquilos mientras esperan su turno.

Clínica de Pecho (Breaststroke):
Tendremos una clínica durante la segunda hora para algunos nadadores.
Los coaches se comunicarán si quieren que tu nadador se quede.
Y si tu nadador quiere quedarse para recibir ayuda extra, avísale a su coach con anticipación.
